Job Description
Responsible for the quality of work and efficient operation of multi-color presses. Preventative maintenance and ensuring the press is maintained in a clean, organized manner. Duties will include running and maintaining quality print on an 8 color, 40 inch press. Also responsible for maintenance, upkeep, and working with an assistant operator to achieve production goals and objectives. Good communication skills are vital to this role as a lead operator. In order to be successful you must possess a good work ethic, be dependable, punctual, and be able to multitask on a daily basis. You must also be mechanically inclined, conscious of quality and consistency of print, able to walk up and down stairs, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 75 pounds. Willing to train the right individual with minimal experience.
