Job Description

Mid Shift- 11:00am-9:00pm
Purpose:
To participate in setting up, operating and monitoring die-cast machines to produce quality parts, and efficiently produce parts.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.

Ensure part quality is in accordance with inspection reportPerform complete set up of die cast machines and trim pressesMonitor and document all aspects of set up to minimize production down-timeAccurately complete reports and all necessary paper work for the jobsUtilizes the 5-S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) to maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area.

Ability to regularly meet or exceed efficiency requirementsActively participates in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and proceduresSupport and positively contribute to a culture of continuous improvementCommunicates with supervisor and co-workers in a professional manner Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
