Pad Printer Setup Technician About the Opportunity We are looking for a mechanically inclined Pad Printer Setup Technician to support assembly and pad printing operations within a plastic injection molding environment. This position is a good fit for someone who has experience setting up and operating pad printing equipment, enjoys working with production equipment, and can make adjustments when issues come up during a production run. What You'll Be Doing Set up pad printing and assembly jobs for production. Tear down equipment and tooling after production runs and prepare for the next job. Set and change fixtures used in pad printing and assembly operations. Troubleshoot pad printing and assembly issues that occur during production. Make equipment and setup adjustments as needed to maintain consistent operation. Work with Quality Assurance and the Assembly Supervisor to ensure parts meet quality requirements. Follow job instructions, specifications, and established production procedures. Maintain an organized and safe work area. What We're Looking For Previous experience with pad printing, assembly setup, or similar secondary manufacturing operations. Experience setting up or changing over production equipment. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to make basic equipment adjustments. Ability to troubleshoot production and setup issues. Ability to follow work instructions and product specifications. Attention to part quality and consistency. Ability to work independently and communicate with Production and Quality personnel. Must Have Must be eligible to work in the United States Background check and drug screen required after offer Must be able to meet physical job demands

Pay:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
