What You'll Be Doing:
Skillfully set up and manage gravure or multi-color offset presses to deliver exceptional print quality. Conduct precise color calibrations and make expert corrections to meet and exceed quality standards. Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance, while meticulously documenting setup, maintenance tasks, and production outcomes. Inspire and guide the press team, fostering collaboration, addressing challenges, and partnering with supervisors to enhance production efficiency. What makes you a great fit: An eye for perfection to ensure colors pop and match the highest standards every time. Exhibits strong leadership and decision-making abilities, effectively guiding teams to consistently achieve production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. Wide knowledge of printing processes, with a deep understanding of offset printing techniques, ensuring every project is a masterpiece from start to finish. Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and related data entry experience. Expertly utilizes a micrometer to accurately mount and align printing plates, ensuring precision and consistency in every print run. Why work with our client?
