In this role, you will operate and maintain finishing equipment to turn printed sheets into high-quality finished products like brochures, books and other printed products. Key Responsibilities:

Operate finishing machinery including cutters, folders, stitchers, and collators Set up machines according to job specifications Inspect finished product to ensure high quality and accuracy Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on bindery equipment Pack and prepare finished jobs for shipping or next-stage production

Qualifications Experience:

1+ years of experience in a print shop or bindery environment preferred (willing to train the right candidate.

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read ruler measurements accurately.

Physical:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a team-player attitude.
