Opportunity:
Atlas Staffing is partnering with a local printing and manufacturing company seeking an experienced Kluge Operator to join their production team! Our client is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented operator with experience in foil stamping and embossing. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating Kluge press equipment and a strong understanding of print finishing processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Set up and operate Kluge press equipment for foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, and scoring
  • Review job specifications and prepare equipment for production runs
  • Monitor production quality and make adjustments to ensure accuracy
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate concerns as needed
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment What makes you a great fit:
  • Previous experience operating Kluge presses or similar printing equipment
  • Experience with foil stamping and embossing required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow job instructions and production schedules
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
