Full Job Description Description:
Summary The Easy Enveloper Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the envelope manufacturing machine. This position ensures efficient production of envelopes according to company standards, while maintaining quality and safety protocols throughout the process. Hours & Pay Range Full benefits package included 2nd shift
  • Monday
  • Friday 2pm
  • 10pm Pay range $20
  • $22/hr Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate the Easy Enveloper machine to produce envelopes as specified by production orders.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine to ensure optimal functioning. Inspect finished envelopes for quality, ensuring they meet size, shape, and print specifications. Record production data and report any defects or operational concerns to supervisors. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience operating envelope manufacturing machinery or other related printing industry equipment such as a die cutter or folding gluing machinery is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
