Job Description

What You'll Do In this role, you'll play a critical part in setting up and operating a variety of machines to produce high-quality parts that meet exact specifications.
Your day-to-day will include:
Setting up and adjusting machines to meet tight tolerances and finish requirements Identifying materials and preparing machines for production runs Loading raw materials and ensuring proper machine configuration Troubleshooting setup, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime Operating multiple machines simultaneously with efficiency and precision Inspecting parts regularly to ensure quality and accuracy Following blueprints, work instructions (VA's), and technical specifications What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependability, with consistent attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed Benefits & Perks We value our employees and offer a competitive benefits package to support your health, financial future, and work-life balance: 10 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Our Commitment to You At WWP, we believe our success starts with our people.

Supporting your personal and professional development Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role that includes: Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (and moving heavier items with assistance) Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks Using both fine and gross motor skills Maintaining focus and accuracy in a production environment Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting Requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability Regular interaction with team members and leadership Communication & Teamwork Success in this role requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
