This role performs cutting, laminating, binding, folding, packaging, and other finishing processes while maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing exceptional work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Bindery & Finishing Equipment Operation Cutting, Laminating & Material Processing Quality Control & Inspection Job Ticket Review & Production Documentation Production Efficiency & Waste Reduction Safety, SOP & 6S Compliance Cross-Department Production Support

QUALIFICATIONS

Required High School Diploma or

GED. 1-2

years of finishing, bindery, print production, or related manufacturing experience. Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions. Experience operating production equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math skills, including rates, ratios, percentages, fractions, and measurements. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to safely lift materials and work in a fast-paced production environment. Preferred Experience operating bindery and finishing equipment such as cutters, die cutters, laminators, folders, stitchers, glue machines, shrink wrappers, drills, coil binders, sewing machines, or grommet equipment. Point-of-purchase (POP), commercial print, packaging, or display manufacturing experience. Knowledge of print finishing processes, quality inspection techniques, and production workflows. Experience with production data collection and job tracking systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 6S, or continuous improvement practices.
