You'll be trained to operate precision press equipment, fine-tune machines, and build high-quality coil components from the ground up. What You'll Do Set up and operate precision press equipment Monitor quality and fine-tune machine performance Read blueprints and take accurate measurements Learn how our products are built start-to-finish Work safely in a clean, organized environment Work Schedule & Expectations This role supports our night shift operation .

Typical schedule:

7:00 PM - 5:30AM Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.
