Job Duty Summary Review work orders and production instructions to determine product specifications and material requirements. Set up, adjust, and remove equipment fixtures, guides, stops, attachments, and tools as needed for production. Operate cutting and production equipment, ensuring materials are properly loaded, aligned, and fed through machinery. Perform light manual assembly and preparation of parts as required. Measure and inspect completed products to verify compliance with quality and specification standards. Identify, rework, or reject defective parts to maintain product quality. Label, sort, and organize materials and finished products for processing, storage, shipping, or further assembly. Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure efficient operation and prevent defects. Maintain accurate production and operational records. Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to support a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment. Requirements High school diploma preferred. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions. Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manual dexterity and attention to quality standards. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds. Working Conditions Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds regularly.
