What does Welser Profile do? We manufacture steel profiles through Roll Forming. Roll Forming is a continuous bending process in which coils of steel are formed into an engineered shape. Roll Forming Mill Technician's are skilled tradesmen•will you be our next Mill Tech? What Makes Us Stand Out? Opportunities available on 3rd Shift (10PM-6AM). Opportunities at $20-27.50/hour with prior experience operating roll forming mill machines. 13 Days Paid Time Off + 9 Paid Holidays 8 Hour Shift Includes 30-Minute Paid Lunch Clean Facility & State of The Art Equipment Tuition Reimbursement Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K + Match 360+ Year Old Legacy Job Duties & Responsibilities Setup, operate, troubleshoot and lead roll forming mill operations on a new line. Ensure compliance with productivity metrics such as set up, speed, downtime, scrap etc. Adjust tools according to the existing instructions, drawings and documents. Monitor the manufacturing process and evaluate it for deviations. We will train you!
