What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll support daily manufacturing operations, help keep production running efficiently, and ensure customers receive high-quality products. Responsibilities Work alongside roll-forming and production teams to maintain efficient operations. Assist with coil and material changeovers. Package, move, and prepare finished products for shipment. Rework or repackage parts as needed to meet quality standards. Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify product quality. Complete basic machine setup and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production counts and documentation. Support other production departments as needed. Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety procedures. Take ownership of product quality and stop production if concerns arise. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, safety documents, and control plans. Experience using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, hand tools, or similar equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Stand and walk throughout an eight-hour shift. Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and step on and off low platforms. Perform repetitive manual tasks, including banding materials. Use hand tools and measuring equipment throughout the shift. Work safely around moving machinery, elevated noise levels, and occasional coolant, fumes, and airborne particles. Personal protective equipment is provided.
