On the job training will be provided. Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Setup Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various manufacturing machines to produce high-quality metal components efficiently. Your expertise in machining, tooling, and equipment calibration will ensure smooth production processes and adherence to quality standards. Duties Set up and calibrate manufacturing equipment manual & CNC such as, press brake machines, stamping presses, and automatic coiling machines to meet production specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on machinery Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify part dimensions. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately a plus, but not required. Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers for quality assurance. Basic math skills necessary for machine setup and quality checks. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
