We take pride in our precision, quick turnaround times, and supportive team environment. We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bindery Operator to join our finishing department. Role Overview As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of post-press machinery to turn printed sheets into finished, high-quality products. Experience is highly preferred, but we are fully willing to train the right candidate who possesses a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Learn to safely set up, adjust, and operate bindery equipment, including paper cutters, folders, saddle stitchers, and perfect binders.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect finished products continuously during production runs to ensure precise specs, accurate counts, and high standards.

Production Flow:

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet strict turnaround times and client deadlines.

Maintenance & Setup:

Perform routine machine maintenance, quick setups, and minor repairs as needed.

Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with press operators and shipping personnel to maintain seamless shop-floor workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Prior experience operating bindery or post-press machinery is strongly preferred.

Aptitude:

Mechanically inclined fast learner capable of mastering multiple machine types quickly.

Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional attention to detail with zero compromise on quality and accuracy.

Team Player:

Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
