This role oversees finishing lines, coordinating cutting, folding, binding, and packaging to meet quality, safety, and schedule goals. The supervisor leads and mentors a diverse team, manages workflow, and troubleshoots equipment issues. Responsibilities Supervise daily finishing operations (cutting, folding, binding, packaging). Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets. Train, coach, and evaluate finishing staff in a diverse, cross-cultural environment. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate basic troubleshooting and maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5 S/Lean). Inspect finished goods for print and finishing quality and accuracy. Collaborate with prepress, pressroom, and warehouse teams on workflow and scheduling. Track production metrics and recommend process improvements.
