Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM -Some schedule flexibility may be available after training. Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Finishing Process Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team. This role goes beyond a traditional weld shop environment. Parts are laser cut at a nearby sister facility and transferred for finishing, inspection, organization, and production flow management. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, capable of reading blueprints, and motivated to take initiative in maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout the production process. Responsibilities Inspect laser-cut parts for quality and accuracy Verify quantities and specifications against blueprints Identify and communicate corrections or discrepancies Organize and manage the flow of parts through production Maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily operations Perform grinding and finishing work as needed Assist with general production and shop support tasks Work independently while contributing to team goals Requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Self-motivated with the initiative to identify and complete tasks Ability to frequently bend, lift, and move 50-75 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Manufacturing or shop experience required Drug Screen Criminal Background Check Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
