Job description: KCE is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Site Concrete Finishing Foreman to lead commercial and residential concrete crews. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, grading, and job site safety who can keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Supervise and lead concrete crew. Coordinate daily job site activities and schedules. Read plans and ensure work meets project specifications. Oversee layout, forming, grading, pouring, finishing, and curing. Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and customers. Train and mentor crew members. Qualifications 5+ years of concrete flatwork experience, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential flatwork. Ability to read blueprints and construction plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
