Finish Room Supervisor:

Lead and manage finish room employees and daily production activities Oversee paint / finishing schedules and ensure production goals are met Inspect, train, and evaluate finishers and painters Ensure consistent color accuracy and finishing quality Troubleshoot finishing and mechanical issues and partner with maintenance on repairs Track productivity and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly output Develop and implement standard procedures and process improvements Support preventive maintenance programs for finishing equipment Conduct routine quality and process audits Provide technical training and coaching to team members Drive continuous improvement initiatives and key finish-room metrics Promote a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:
