Job DescriptionPosition:
Die Cutter Operator Summary:
Operate and maintain Delta ModTech die-cutting equipment to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up rotary, semi rotary, and sheeted die-cutting jobs.

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.

Install and align dies, tooling, and web materials.

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality.

Inspect finished products using measuring tools and quality standards.

Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.

Complete production records and quality documentation.

Follow all safety procedures, GMP, and company policies.

Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to improve efficiency.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.

Experience with die cutting, web converting, or printing equipment is a plus.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read measuring devices and production specifications.

Basic computer skills for production reporting.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
