To assist the Bindery Manager with the quality of tasks at hand Must have a minimum of 4 year's experience in operating cutting, wrapping, stitching, folding and binding equipment. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently set up all machines for each job according to supplied specifications. Perform all required preventive machine maintenance as indicated in machine manual. Make adjustments during production runs as required in adherence to all quality requirements. Feed and catch off folders and stitchers. Operate all bindery equipment to safety and company regulated standards. Ensure completed jobs are packed or stacked properly in correct quantities / order if further finishing is in order. Assist Bindery Manager with any supervision of equipment and bindery assistants. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 4 year's experience in operating cutting, wrapping, stitching, folding and binding equipment. Attention to detail and excellent math skills. Knowledge of equipment maintenance is preferred but not required. Maintain neat and orderly work areas. Follow all safety procedures and 5-S standards. Ability to adhere to the Core Values of Pollock Printing. Working Conditions Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs within a warehouse setting. May be exposed to raw materials and loud noise levels.
