We are seeking an Experienced Heidelberg Windmill Die Cutter to join our dynamic printing manufacturing team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in print manufacturing. Duties Operate and oversee the Heidelberg Windmill die-cutting machine to ensure precise cuts according to specifications and production schedules. Set up die-cutting equipment, including adjusting settings for different materials and designs to optimize efficiency and quality. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the die cutter to minimize downtime and ensure consistent performance. Collaborate with production teams to review print files, ensuring proper layout before production begins. Monitor the production process for quality assurance, inspecting finished products for accuracy, defect-free cuts, and adherence to client specifications. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements related to layout design, machining techniques, or material handling. Qualifications Proven experience operating Heidelberg Windmill die-cutting machinery within a printing or packaging manufacturing environment. Understanding of quality control standards specific to print advertising products and packaging materials. Basic knowledge of manufacturing workflows, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance routines. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
