Job purpose Under direction of the Production Supervisor perform diversified duties to include operations of the sandblast machines Duties and responsibilities Operate Manual and Automatic machines to sandblast parts as described in OP-sheet Use fixtures to run production as described on OP-Sheet Load machines with abrasive media, unload dust collectors. Inspect parts as described in quality plan Count parts and fill routing sheets Maintain tools clean and in good conditions Maintain areas organized and clean as requested (6Ss) Handle materials with care to avoid dents and scratches. Wear required PPE on the working area Salary and schedule will be discussed.
