On-SiteSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Printed Threads is seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our embroidery and finishing departments. This role is ideal for someone with embroidery production experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise approximately four employees while helping ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the embroidery and finishing departments. Supervise, train, coach, and support a team of approximately four employees. Schedule and prioritize embroidery and finishing jobs to meet production deadlines. Monitor upcoming jobs and proactively identify potential production or quality issues. Develop and maintain quality control standards and best practices. Troubleshoot embroidery and production issues as they arise. Work with other supervisors and managers to resolve production challenges. Maintain a clean, organized production environment. Oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules for embroidery and sewing-related equipment. Contribute to embroidery art approvals and production preparation as needed. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and overall production processes.
Qualifications Required:
Previous embroidery production experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred but not required:
Previous supervisory or production management experience. Experience in apparel decoration. Experience with multi-head commercial embroidery equipment. Experience with Wilcom or other embroidery digitizing software. Experience with process improvement or workflow optimization. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. Valid driver's license. Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position in Fort Worth, Texas. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM , with occasional overtime and weekend work based on production demands.
