EMBROIDERY OPERATOR

— Lindon, Utah We're looking for an experienced Embroidery Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on production position for someone who knows embroidery, takes pride in their work, and understands that quality, efficiency, and consistency matter. Our embroidery department runs commercial Barudan embroidery equipment, including 8-head and 6-head machines. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working on multi-head equipment or has the experience and ability to learn quickly. What You'll Do Operate Barudan 8-head and 6-head embroidery machines Set up embroidery jobs and load garments correctly Hoop and position garments accurately Monitor thread, needles, tension, trims, and machine performance Follow production schedules and meet deadlines Inspect finished work for quality and consistency Troubleshoot common embroidery and machine issues Keep your workstation clean, organized, and production-ready Communicate problems and delays before they affect the rest of the production team Work closely with QC, Production Art, and the Embroidery Manager What We're Looking For Previous commercial embroidery experience preferred Experience operating multi-head Barudan equipment is a strong plus Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Comfortable working in a production environment Willing to learn and take direction Takes ownership of their work Shows up ready to work and contributes to the team Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares about doing the job right.
