PM Position Type:

Seasonal FM Expressions is looking for Finisher I to join our production team! This is a great opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

As a Finisher, you will be responsible for various tasks such as ticketing, steaming, stickering, heat transfer applications, folding, pre-packing, boxing, and pallet building. You'll help prepare high-quality products for shipment while supporting the overall production flow. Additional responsibilities across the facility may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare raw materials and supplies for assigned production jobs. Apply heat transfers to garments and ensure proper layout and placement. Fold, steam, sticker, prepack, and box products to prepare for shipment. Build pallets and organize products according to shipping requirements. Troubleshoot or report any production issues to leads or supervisors. Keep work areas clean and organized by following the 6S workplace system. Follow all safety protocols and proper machine operating procedures. Assist with other tasks as assigned across the production floor.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus on quality. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for long periods. Positive attitude with professional and respectful communication skills.
