Appleton Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in the printing industry Proficient in using a computer including data entry/processing skills includingMS Office or Outlook Responsibilities:
Interviewing and hiring Training new and existing employees Planning, assigning, and directing work Establish, prioritize, coordinate, and execute production schedules Communicate press schedules with pre-press department Organize schedule with bindery/delivery departments Oversee quality of work from ticket entry to finishing/delivery Discussing employee performance and giving guidance or corrective action Develop production systems to determine product handling and storage requirementsBenefits:
