Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) We offer a supportive team environment and on-the-job training!

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate various finishing equipment: knotters, loopers, wire machines, envelopers, stitchers, shrink-wrappers, and fanfolding machines. Follow job jackets to complete orders accurately to customer specifications. Clearly label and mark finished products including boxes, cartons, and skids. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet or exceed daily performance standards.

Physical Requirements:

Stand for up to 8 hours Use fine motor skills and demonstrate good hand-eye coordination Perform repetitive tasks (e.g., fanfolding, wire twisting, bending) Lift up to 65 lbs Work in a manufacturing setting with noise, dust, and occasional exposure to solvents (PPE provided) Perks & Benefits Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Health Benefits & 401(k) On-the-job OSHA certification for equipment operation Stable weekday schedule (no weekends!)
