Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Printer Machine Operator to operate and monitor printing equipment, ensure quality production, and keep the machine running efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with machinery, troubleshooting basic issues, and following production and safety procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor industrial printing machinery.

Load paper, materials, ink, and other supplies into the machine.

Adjust machine settings to ensure proper print quality and production specifications.

Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, color, alignment, and defects.

Make minor adjustments and troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

Monitor production levels and maintain a steady workflow.

Follow work orders, production schedules, and customer specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Communicate machine issues or production concerns to supervisors or maintenance.

Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand and adjust machinery.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Previous printing experience is a plus, but not required if the candidate has strong machine operating experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and move materials.

Ability to lift and carry materials as required by the position.

Ability to safely operate machinery and wear required PPE.
