Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality printed apparel and products in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience operating both manual and automatic screen printing equipment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain manual and/or automatic screen printing presses. Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs. Ensure print quality, color consistency, and accurate registration throughout production. Perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot printing issues as they arise. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with equipment maintenance and routine shop upkeep. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Previous professional screen printing experience required. Experience with manual and/or automatic presses. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
