This is an entry-level job:

take shirts off the dryer, look them over, stack them by job and size, and tell the printer if something looks off. No print experience needed. We will train you. We need someone who shows up, can stand a full shift, and will keep pace with the line. Responsibilities Catch shirts as they come off the dryer Look at each print as you pull it — placement, missing ink, smears, wrong garment Tell the printer right away if something looks off Stack shirts by job, size, and color Keep your catch table clear and the floor around the dryer picked up Help with simple floor work when the press is down or between jobs (staging, fold-and-bag, check-in) Stay on the line and work at the pace of the automatic Skills Reliable, on-time attendance — the press line depends on the catcher being at the dryer for the full run Sharp eye for print quality: placement, coverage, smears, stray marks, and the wrong garment mixed into a job Ability to work at the pace of an automatic press and dryer without letting shirts pile, wrinkle, or get marked Comfortable standing and doing repetitive work in a production environment Clear, timely communication with the press operator when quality slips so the job can be stopped or fixed Basic organization — stack and separate work by job, size, and color Team-minded — easy to work with, helps on nearby floor tasks when the press is between jobs We're dedicated to fostering growth through hands-on experience with cutting-edge printing while emphasizing safety, quality, and innovation at every step.
