In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and maintaining high-quality inks used in our vibrant screen printing processes. Your expertise will ensure consistent color matching, proper chemical handling, and adherence to strict safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Mix inks according to formulas, work orders, and color specifications. Match colors accurately using color guides, samples, and measurement tools. Test ink viscosity and adjust formulations as needed. Prepare inks for production runs and deliver them to press operators. Maintain accurate records of ink formulas, inventory, and usage. Monitor ink quality and ensure consistency throughout production. Clean and maintain mixing equipment, containers, and work areas. Manage ink inventory and notify supervisors of low stock levels. Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and pigments. Assist with troubleshooting ink-related printing issues.Qualifications:
Previous screen printing, ink mixing, or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic understanding of color matching and mixing principles. Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas.
