Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Join the Partners Personnel Team! Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Pad Printer Operator for a growing manufacturing and screen printing facility in Brea, CA. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience operating pad printing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and take pride in producing high-quality printed products, we'd love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot pad printing machines. Prepare inks by mixing colors to meet production specifications. Install and align printing plates, pads, fixtures, and tooling. Perform quality inspections to ensure print accuracy, color consistency, and proper alignment. Make machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality standards. Clean and maintain pad printing equipment, tools, and workstations. Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and print specifications. Monitor production output and document completed work accurately. Report equipment issues or production concerns to the supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of pad printing experience in a manufacturing or printing environment. Experience working with pad printing inks, plates, and printing fixtures. Ability to perform machine setups and changeovers independently. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify print defects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read work instructions and follow written procedures. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Experience in screen printing or specialty printing manufacturing. Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection equipment. Experience working in ISO or lean manufacturing environments is a plus.
