Job Description
We are a fast growing screen printing company looking for an experienced screen printer. You will also ensure production and quality goals are being achieved while maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized facility.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast pace, environment with large volume of work Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide leadership & accountability for the successful day-to-day production operations
- Provide guidance with screen printing issues
- Automatic press set up, print and tear down as needed
- Works with the team to maintain quality and consistency of our products Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years screen printing experience.
- Strong understanding of the importance of processes and quality control.
- Must be able to provide consistent accountability for both yourself and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain equipment Personal Attributes
