We are a fast growing screen printing company looking for an experienced screen printer. You will also ensure production and quality goals are being achieved while maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized facility.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast pace, environment with large volume of work Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide leadership & accountability for the successful day-to-day production operations
• Provide guidance with screen printing issues
• Automatic press set up, print and tear down as needed
• Works with the team to maintain quality and consistency of our products Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum 2 years screen printing experience.
• Strong understanding of the importance of processes and quality control.
• Must be able to provide consistent accountability for both yourself and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills.
