In this role, you will oversee the final stages of garment finishing, perform rigorous quality inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Duties Inventory organization and tracking to maintain accurate and up-to-date product counts. Maintain a consistently high standard of quality control throughout the garment finishing, packaging, and fulfillment process. Conduct thorough finishing processes on garments, including trimming, pressing, and packaging preparation to meet production standards. Maintaining an organized finishing and shipping area and keeping track of the inventory. Inspecting garments for quality, printing, construction, stains, defects, and overall finish Light pressing/steaming as needed Removing loose threads and making sure garments are clean and presentation-ready Folding garments consistently and professionally applying labels, hang tags, and packaging This is a part-time, hands-on position in Los Angeles.
