Operate industrial equipment with precision, adjusting machinery as needed to maintain consistent quality throughout production. Manage color matching processes using graphic design software and prepress tools to achieve desired hues and effects. Conduct quality control checks during and after printing to identify defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols while handling chemicals, inks, and machinery components. Skills Strong understanding of color management techniques and graphic design principles. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prepress software for layout design and production preparation. Mechanical knowledge related to machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of screen printing equipment. Experience with large-format printers, digital printing technology, and industrial equipment adjustment. Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately for efficient production workflows. Knowledge of typography, layout design, print advertising standards, and quality control procedures.
