  • $35 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Machine setup Digital printing Equipment setup (production tasks) Machine operation Color management Color calibration implementation Varnishing Machine maintenance Full Job Description Encino cosmetics company is bringing UV flatbed printing in-house and looking for an experienced operator to help us set it up and run it.
You will commission and operate our UV flatbed printer for in-house product and packaging decoration. The first couple of weeks is getting the machine dialed in: printhead setup and servicing, ink system, RIP software and color profiles, and first production samples. After that, ongoing part-time production, roughly 20-30 hours per week, on-site. Required, hands-on experience with:
  • UV flatbed printer setup, operation, and printhead maintenance
  • White-ink and varnish workflow
  • RIP software and color profiling
  • Getting UV ink to adhere to plastic substrates Nice to have: experience decorating cosmetic or small rigid products.
Paid trial run required. Compensation depends on experience.
