Digital HP 200K Press Operator GOFlex Packaging Ontario, CA Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Quality control product testing Color management Production in-process inspection Continuous improvement Quality assurance experience within manufacturing Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 30" web Digital HP 200K Press Operator to join our dynamic printing team. You will be printing roll to roll flexible films. 13" HP Digital press experience welcome as well Work Schedule - open to discuss your needs and work with you to build a schedule you are comfortable with. We currently operate 2 shifts per day Monday-Friday. Pay - This role will have an hourly rate. Pay rand will depend on your qualifications, experience, and HP certified training courses you have completed. Overtime work will be available to maximize your earning potential.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Set up and operate the Digital HP 200K Press, ensuring optimal performance and print quality throughout production runs Monitor color accuracy and consistency using advanced color management techniques and tools Conduct routine maintenance on the press and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime Perform quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure prints meet specified standards for color, clarity, and alignment Collaborate with the prepress team to review print files for accuracy and feasibility before production begins Maintain detailed records of production runs, adjustments made, and quality inspections for accountability and continuous improvement
