We are a rapidly growing screen printing & embroidery company seeking press assistants for the day and night shift. You must have good attention to detail and hold high standards because this position is incredibly detail-oriented. This is a manufacturing position performed in a warehouse. While performing the duties of this job, you may be exposed to warm or cold weather. The noise level in the work environment is often loud. Production assistants must be able to work on their feet for multiple hours at a time, lift up to 50 lbs, and reach with their hands and arms. This person must have specific vision abilities that include sharp vision, focus, depth perception and the ability to identify colors. Day Shift Hours

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE

but are not limited to... Assisting with loading and offloading garments on press Catching garments off the dryer Checking quality and counting printed apparel Cleaning duties as needed Assisting with various production tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Highly proficient in multitasking and prioritizing workload Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Must have a reliable form of transportation Excellent communication skills Self-motivated attitude and great work ethic Ability to work quickly and correctly without sacrificing results

BONUS SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in screen printing Bilingual

• English/Spanish is a plus!
