Full Job Description Summary:
Global Mark Graphics (GMG) is a well-established manufacturing company in the Print Industry, and we are looking to immediately fill a Full-Time position for a Press Feeder to support our Press department, feeding RMGT 4-color and 6-color offset presses. Experience is necessary.
Press Department Hours:
Monday through Friday, 6am - 4pm Recognizing most Holidays (Approximately 10 per year)
Compensation & Benefits:
Depending on Experience, this position will start at around $22/hr. We offer Paid Holidays, PTO accrual at 2 weeks per year, Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, and 401k + Matching.
Responsibilities:
This is a general list; other duties may be assigned as required. Feeding stock onto RMGT 4-color and 6-color offset presses according to job specifications. Jogging, stacking, and staging paper stock for efficient press feeding. Assisting the Press Operator with makeready, plate changes, and press adjustments. Monitoring printed sheets for quality, registration, and consistency. Removing and palletizing printed stock at the delivery end of the press. Assisting with press cleanup and routine maintenance. Following all safety procedures and GMG work instructions. Maintaining a clean and organized press area.
Position Requirements:
Prior experience as a Press Feeder or Press Assistant in an offset printing environment required. Experience feeding RMGT presses, or similar offset equipment, is helpful. Detailed and task oriented. Able to interact effectively with others and a good team player. Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Able to learn new equipment and processes. Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Multi-task Physical Demands:
Typical work week is 40-50hrs Standing for 6-8hrs per day. Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Working in a manufacturing environment. Noise level is moderate-to-high in the manufacturing environment. PPE required depending upon task.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
