Lead Press Operator
  • Connecticut A well-established packaging company in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Lead Press Operator to join its production team.
This organization serves a diverse customer base and is recognized for its expertise across multiple industries, including health & beauty, publishing, and automotive. Position Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain a Heidelberg 6-Color 102 press Ensure quality standards and production goals are consistently met Troubleshoot press-related issues and make necessary adjustments Lead by example in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment Schedule 4-Day Work Week Monday

Qualifications:
