Overview Join our dynamic team as a Silk Screen Printer. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality screen-printed products,, sharp imagery, and consistent results. This individual will be responsible for making screens, press operations which include set up, quality assurance, and operator daily preventive maintenance as required. Responsible to produce high quality silk screen print jobs. The silk screening that we do is on bare and powder coated metal parts. We would prefer you have experience in the metal silk screening field, however, as it is specialized

• if you have only experience in general silk screening that is accepted.

We're looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional print quality with precision and artistry. Responsibilities Set up and prepare silk screen printing equipment, including mesh frames, squeegees, and inks to ensure optimal production flow. Inspect finished products for quality standards, ensuring sharpness of images, proper registration, and color consistency. Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination. Troubleshoot technical issues with screens or machinery promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with designers or art directors to understand project requirements and ensure accurate reproduction of artwork. Perform other various taks Skills Strong understanding of screen printing techniques, including exposure, emulsion coating, and curing processes. Attention to detail in quality control processes ensures consistent results across all projects. 1 Year Manufacturing Silk Screen Press Experience Preferred Ability to work overtime when needed and other misc. jobs to help around the shop. Ability to work independently Problem Solving Skills Ability to follow through on all tasks/meet deadlines. Ability to handle pressure and deadline.
