We are seeking an experienced Screen Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to independently set up jobs, operate screen printing equipment, produce high-quality prints, and maintain production efficiency with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Set up and prepare screen printing jobs from start to finish. Coat, expose, register, and align screens accurately. Operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses. Mix inks and match colors as required. Monitor print quality and make adjustments during production runs. Troubleshoot printing issues independently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of screen-printing experience. Strong knowledge of screen setup, registration, ink mixing, and printing techniques. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Experience printing on apparel, uniforms, or promotional products preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to lift and move screens, garments, and production materials as needed

Pay:

From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
