Starting at $16+ per hour, based on experience with terrific growth potential. Join Our Team! TJM Promos is a fast-paced, growing custom apparel and promotional products company looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our production team. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up, register, and operate automatic screen-printing presses. Mix inks and ensure accurate color matching. Prepare screens and verify artwork before production. Maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs. Troubleshoot registration and print quality issues. Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time. Qualifications Previous screen-printing experience is required. Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing experience is a plus. Experience with manual and/or automatic presses. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
