Head Screen Printer — No Experience Required Almega Sports Panama City, FL. Full-Time | Benefits Available We are a family-owned sporting goods store seeking a dependable, motivated person to join our production team as a Head Screen Printer . No screen-printing experience is required. We will provide complete hands-on training. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to learn the screen-printing process from start to finish. In this position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed apparel for schools, sports teams, businesses, organizations, and special events. As you complete your training, you will take the lead in operating and managing the screen-printing department. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen-printing equipment Print uniforms, T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel Prepare screens, inks, garments, and artwork for production Check completed products for quality and accuracy Keep the printing area clean, organized, and safe Follow work orders and meet production deadlines Track supplies and notify management when materials are needed Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance Work with other team members to complete customer orders Eventually oversee the daily operation of the screen-printing department Qualifications No previous screen-printing experience required Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Ability to work independently after training Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Previous production, warehouse, printing, or leadership experience is helpful but not required Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday plus 1 saturday a month.
