Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced M&R Automatic Screen Print Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting M&R automatic screen printing presses to produce high-quality printed products. Your expertise in color management, graphic design, and machine operation will ensure efficient production workflows and exceptional print quality. Duties Operate M&R automatic screen printing presses with precision, ensuring consistent quality across all production runs Manage color matching and color management processes to achieve accurate and vibrant print results Interpret production documents, including job tickets and technical specifications, to set up presses correctly Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment to minimize downtime Collaborate with prepress teams utilizing graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and prepress software to prepare artwork for printing Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to detect and correct defects or inconsistencies Support large-format printing projects using digital printing and screen printing techniques, ensuring adherence to project specifications Assist with cutting, paper binding, and layout design tasks as needed for finished products Maintain detailed records of job setups, machine adjustments, and production outcomes for continuous improvement Requirements Proven experience operating M&R automatic screen print presses or similar industrial printing equipment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to adjust and troubleshoot complex machinery efficiently Proficiency in color management, graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and prepress software tools Knowledge of print advertising standards, typography, layout design, and manufacturing processes Familiarity with digital printing, flexo press operations, large-format printers, and industrial machining techniques Ability to interpret technical documents accurately and follow detailed instructions for press setup and operation Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production cycle Strong problem-solving skills combined with technical proficiency in machine operation and maintenance Join our team as an Experienced M&R Automatic Screen Print Press Operator where your expertise will drive innovative print solutions!
