You'll be: Delivering high quality screen prints on plastic media within a specialized chocolate production setting Operating small format 35x35 silk screening machines to meet production schedules Creating color banks and mixing colors to exact specifications for various design requests Maintaining inventory of screens and screening supplies Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues as they arise Creating and executing operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality Standing throughout the shift to operate and monitor equipment This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are a self-starter with impeccable work ethics Have in-depth knowledge of screen making and screen printing, with at least 3 years of experience in the industry Possess experience with screen printing or t-shirt printing techniques Can work efficiently and precisely in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with coworkers and, when necessary, customers Hold a high school diploma or equivalent What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
