Overview Join our dynamic production team as a Screen Printing Operator, where your expertise will bring vibrant designs to life on a variety of products. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing machinery, ensuring high-quality output, and managing color accuracy. Your proficiency in graphic design, prepress software, and industrial equipment adjustment will be key to delivering exceptional print advertising materials. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with large-format printers in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to quality and creativity. Pay negotiable based on experience! Duties Set up and operate screen printing machines ensuring precise alignment and color management. Clean used screens. Includes peeling tape, washing with chemicals, and using pressure washer. Adjust mechanical components and perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment to optimize performance and prevent downtime. Manage color matching processes using graphic design software and prepress tools to achieve accurate color reproduction. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, identifying and resolving issues related to print quality or machine operation. Collaborate with graphic designers to review print layouts, ensuring adherence to specifications and print advertising standards. Qualifications Proven experience operating screen printing machinery or related industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting. Mechanical knowledge of press operation, machine adjustment, machining techniques, and large-format printers. Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production cycle.

From $18.00 per hour
