We need someone who is dependable, takes pride in producing quality work, and understands that keeping a busy print shop moving takes a strong team effort. What We Print Our shop produces apparel for several in-house brands along with custom work for schools, businesses, organizations, teams, events, family reunions, and other customers. Jobs range from smaller custom orders to larger production runs, so consistency and attention to detail are important. What We're Looking For Previous screen-printing experience required Experience working with plastisol inks Automatic press experience is a strong plus Knowledge of registration, ink coverage, print quality, and proper curing Ability to accurately identify and differentiate colors when matching inks, garments, artwork, and finished prints Strong attention to detail and ability to catch print or color inconsistencies during production Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance Strong team-first mentality and willingness to help wherever needed Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced production environment Able to stand for extended periods and lift and carry up to 50 lbs Able to maintain consistent quality while working at a production pace The Position This is a hands-on production position working alongside the rest of our screen-printing team. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and printing apparel, monitoring registration and color accuracy, checking print quality throughout production, and helping make sure jobs are completed correctly and on schedule.
We're looking for someone we can count on every day . Printing ability matters, but so do showing up on time, communicating with the team, paying attention to the details, and being willing to jump in to help get the job out the door.
Automatic press experience is preferred, but experienced manual screen printers who are comfortable learning automatic production are encouraged to apply.
