Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented DTF (Direct-to-Film) Press Operator to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating DTF printing presses to produce high-quality custom designs on textiles and apparel. Your expertise will ensure precise color management, optimal print quality, and efficient workflow to meet production deadlines. Duties Set up and operate DTF printing presses, ensuring proper calibration for consistent color accuracy and image quality Monitor print runs for quality control, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining safety standards Assist in finishing processes such as film transfer, curing, and packaging of printed items Experience Proven experience with screen printing or digital printing technologies, especially DTF or similar direct-to-film processes Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to print quality or machinery performance Knowledge of quality control standards within a manufacturing environment Prior experience in textile printing industries is highly desirable We value innovation, precision, and dedication — if you're passionate about delivering exceptional print quality through advanced technology, we want to hear from you!
